What do we expect from the Entertainment Industry?
For many years, providing entertainment has been a prerogative of the few. The common public silently accepted what the industry offered. However, as time progressed, there has been a constant increase in awareness among the general public and they have started commanding a higher level of entertainment. People expect the industry to give them the best as they do not want to settle for less.
This change has created a situation i.e beneficial for the both the industry and its patrons. Now there is a clear relationship based on demand and supply. The industry supplies what we demand. Hence, if we demand genuine and intelligent entertainment, then thats what we would get. High expectations do result in better quality entertainment and that is what we as citizens of this world should command – original, worthy and smart entertainment.
